My family tradition was to put a shoe outside my bedroom door and in the morning it was filled with chocolate candy. It makes me wonder, will I introduce that tradition to my daughter as she gets older? It also makes me think about Easter.. My brother and sister in law fill the baskets with toys for their children, it's as if it has become a mini Christmas in March/April. I suppose I will stick to the tradition of jellybeans and a chocolate bunny in a basket. :) /patty/Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7133149836129873731.post-51199515985443400262012-12-12T12:20:57.212-05:002012-12-12T12:20:57.212-05:00I love the idea of a season of mindfulness. and ...first off, the pouch is really very sweet. :)<br />and i get you about self-care and love. you know how "they" say that if it takes 10 years to put on weight you should expect to take it all off for good in a month or two. i think digging deep inside yourself and finding YOU will probably take time, because if you are like me you have spent a long, long time caring for others, building them up, focusing on their needs, being a good care giver, that you have sort of left yourself behind. i am so glad you are doing this, it is a great reminder to me to care for myself, love myself.momto5https://www.blogger.com/profile/09466129937608631217noreply@blogger.com
